Common use of Demand Charge for delivery of less than MDQ Clause in Contracts

Demand Charge for delivery of less than MDQ. If a Force Majeure Event affecting ActewAGL occurs and prevents ActewAGL from performing its obligations to the User in respect of a Demand Customer Delivery Point, the Demand Charge for any Delivery Point to which ActewAGL was unable to deliver Gas to the MDQ for that Delivery Point will, for any period during which ActewAGL is unable to deliver Gas to the MDQ, be calculated by reference to the actual amount withdrawn each Day at that Delivery Point.
