Common use of Demand Charge for delivery of less than MDQ Clause in Contracts

Demand Charge for delivery of less than MDQ. If a Force Majeure Event affecting JGN occurs and prevents JGN from performing its obligations under this Agreement in respect of a Demand Customer Delivery Point, the Demand Charge for any Delivery Point to which JGN was unable to deliver Gas to the MDQ for that Delivery Point will, for any period during which JGN is unable to deliver Gas to the MDQ, be calculated by reference to the actual amount withdrawn each Day at that Delivery Point.
