Demand; Protest; Counterclaims, Etc. Each Loan Party waives demand, protest, notice of protest, notice of default or dishonor, notice of payment and nonpayment, nonpayment at maturity, release, compromise, settlement, extension, or renewal of documents, instruments, chattel paper, and guarantees at any time held by Lender on which any Loan Party may in any way be liable. No notice to or demand on a Loan Party which Lender may elect to give shall entitle a Loan Party to any other or further notice or demand in the same, similar or other circumstances. Each Loan Party waives all rights to interpose any claims, deductions, setoffs or counterclaims of any nature (other than compulsory counterclaims) in any action or proceeding with respect to any Loan Document, the Obligations, the Collateral or any matter arising therefrom or relating hereto or thereto.
