Borrower waives demand, protest, notice of protest, notice of default or dishonor, notice of payment and nonpayment, notice of any default, and notice of nonpayment at maturity and acknowledges that BACC may compromise, settle or release, without notice to Borrower, any Collateral and/or guaranties at any time held by BACC. Borrower hereby consents to any extensions of time of payment or partial payment at, before or after the Termination Date.
