In connection with a Demand Registration, the Company will, at least three Business Days prior to the anticipated filing of the Registration Statement and any related Prospectus or any amendment or supplement thereto (other than, after effectiveness of the Registration Statement, any filing made under the Exchange Act that is incorporated by reference into the Registration Statement), (i) furnish to the Holder copies of all such documents prior to filing, or notice that such filing has been made and the document is available on XXXXX and (ii) use commercially reasonable efforts to address in each such document when so filed with the Commission such comments relating to itself or its intended manner of distribution (only) as the Holder reasonably shall propose prior to the filing thereof.
