Demands for Payment of FAL. The Borrower shall upon service on it, or on any member of the Group, by Lloyd’s (or the trustee for the time being of its Funds at Lloyd’s) of a written demand for the payment of a sum on account of its, or any member of the Group’s, Funds at Lloyd’s immediately inform the Agent of such demand.
