Landlord hereby leases to Tenant, and Tenant hereby leases from Landlord, the Premises (as defined in Section 1.02) in the buildings known as ------------ the Linde Building and the Spine Building and identified as such on the plan attached hereto as Exhibit A (herein collectively called the "Building") on land --------- (herein called "Land") owned by Landlord located along Old Saw Mill River Road, partly in the Town of Greenburgh and partly in the Town of Mount Pleasant, in the County of Westchester and State of New York and called "The Landmark at Eastview."
