Lessee covenants and agrees to keep the Demised Premises in a clean and san- itary condition in accordance with all applicable laws, ordinances, statutes and regu- lations of the county, city, village, town, or municipality (wherein the Demised Prem- ises are located), the State of Illinois, the United States of America, and the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago.
