Demolition of Structures. (if implemented by the City): The Contractor will remove structures designated for removal by and at the direction of the City. The Contractor agrees to remove in a timely manner all structures as determined by the City as set out in Section 1.1 of this Contract.
Demolition of Structures. The Treasury Department, at the City’s request, will provide technical assistance and support to the City in pursuing and administering federal grant funds to pay for the demolition of abandoned structures.
Demolition of Structures. (if implemented by the Town of Nags Head): The Contractor will remove structures designated for removal by and at the direction of the Town of Nags Head. The Contractor agrees to remove in a timely manner all structures as determined, in writing, by the Town of Nags Head and as set out in Section 1.0.1 of this Contract. The Town of Nags Head reserves the right to bid and contract structure demolition under separate contract with contractor or other contractors as deemed necessary.
Demolition of Structures. Developer will use commercially reasonable efforts to deconstruct and remove the Phase 0 Project Components (to the extent that they are not incorporated into Phase 1) no later than one hundred eighty (180) days after the Operations Commencement Date (Phase 1). Developer will conduct all demolition Work on the Development Property in full compliance with the demolition regulations of the City and Lake County and Permitted Construction Work Hours. Developer will remove and dispose of all debris resulting from demolition activities on the Development Property in compliance with all material Requirements of Law.
Demolition of Structures. In the event that the Nation has not removed all residences, structures or other improvements in, on, over, under, across or through the Land prior to the Transfer Date, Xxxxxxx xxx, in Alberta’s sole discretion and at Alberta’s expense:
a. remove, destroy or cause to be removed any residence, structure or other improvement in, on, over, under, across or through the Land without further notice or compensation to the Nation; and
b. complete mitigation measures to Alberta’s satisfaction; it being understood and agreed, however, that:
c. Alberta is acquiring the Land on an "as is" basis; and
d. the Nation will provide such Reserve land as may be required and is considered reasonable by the Nation to replace the Enmax substation currently situated within the Land on SE 13-23-2-W5M, and Alberta will be responsible for paying Enmax for the cost of replacing Enmax’s existing infrastructure.
Demolition of Structures. The Owner agrees to demolish the existing house, garage, and accessory structure on the tract within 365 days of the effective date of this agreement.
