Common use of Demonstrable Compliance Clause in Contracts

Demonstrable Compliance. JumpCloud agrees to keep records of its Processing in compliance with Applicable Data Protection Laws. If the parties have expressly agreed in writing that JumpCloud will collect Customer Personal Data on Customer’s behalf and that JumpCloud must obtain verifiable consent therefor, such records will include but not be limited to records of the verifiable consent under Applicable Data Protection Laws.

JumpCloud agrees to keep records of its Processing in compliance with Applicable Data Protection LawsLaws and provide copies of such records to Customer upon Customer’s request. If the parties have expressly agreed in writing that JumpCloud will collect is collecting Customer Personal Data on Customer’s behalf and that JumpCloud must obtain verifiable consent thereforbehalf, such records will shall include but not be limited to (i) each legal basis for Processing specified by Customer, or (ii) records of the verifiable consent consent(s) specified by Customer under Applicable Data Protection Laws.
