Demonstrating Compliance with Information Security Requirements. Upon reasonable notice to Engineer, or if State determines that Engineer has violated this agreement, State, directly or through its agent, may request an attestation and evidence that Engineer is compliant with applicable laws, regulations, and standards outlined in C.5.
