Common use of Demonstration Parameters Clause in Contracts

Demonstration Parameters. The purpose of this appendix is to describe the parameters that will govern this Federal-State partnership; the parameters are based upon those articulated by CMS in its July 8, 2011, State Medicaid Directors’ Letter. CMS and the State have further established these parameters, as specified below.
