Demotion or Transfer Sample Clauses
The demotion-or-transfer clause defines the conditions under which an employee may be reassigned to a lower position or transferred to a different role within the organization. Typically, this clause outlines the circumstances that could trigger such actions, such as performance issues, organizational restructuring, or redundancy, and may specify the process for notification and any changes to compensation or benefits. Its core practical function is to provide the employer with flexibility in managing workforce needs while ensuring that employees are aware of the potential for changes to their employment status.
