Common use of Denial of Access to Premises Clause in Contracts

Denial of Access to Premises. If Syringa Networks or its contractor is unable to access Customer or End User Premises and such access is required for Syringa Networks to fulfill its performance obligations under this Agreement, Syringa Networks’ performance obligations will be deemed to be suspended until such time as Customer provides the necessary access to Syringa or its contractor.
