Union Access to Premises. Representatives of the Union shall have access to the Company’s premises to carry on inspections or investigations pertaining to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, upon reasonable advance notice to the Company. Such access shall be carried on at reasonable hours and in such a manner so as not to interfere with the normal operations of the Company. The Union will advise the Company of its designated representatives who wish to gain access to the premises and the Union agrees to comply with all reasonable Company security precautions as may be in force from time to time.
Union Access to Premises. A representative of the Union shall have access to the Company’s premises to carry on inspections or investigations pertaining to the conditions of this Agreement at any operating unit of the Company, with the permission of the Company (which shall not be unreasonably withheld), and free from the unreasonable interference from the Company. Such investigation or inspection shall be carried on at reasonable hours and in such a manner as not to interfere with the normal operations of the Company. The Company will furnish a suitable business letter or card of identification for the representative entitling them to admission to the premises of the Company and other places where employees covered by this Agreement may be working.
Union Access to Premises. Each representative previously designated to the Hospital by the Union shall be admitted to the premises of the Hospital on Union business. Notice of such visitation rights shall be directed to the designated Hospital official and include the general purpose of each visit. Permission for such visits shall not be unreasonably withheld. Such Union officials shall have the opportunity to consult with staff before the start of the work shift, during lunch or after completion of a work shift. University Hospital will provide accommodations at its facilities for such meeting, provided space is available, requests are made and approved at least ten (10) working days in advance of the proposed date of use and that liability for the damages, care and maintenance and any costs which are attendant thereto are borne by the Union.
Union Access to Premises. Upon reasonable advance notification, the Employer shall permit access to its work premises of an accredited representative of the Union.
Union Access to Premises. Where an accredited Union official wishes access to the Company's premises, at any of its operations, they shall submit a request in writing to the Company not later than seven (7) days in advance, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. This time limit and the request in writing may be waived in specific instances by mutual agreement between the Union representative and a designated senior representative of the Company. The notification shall indicate the reason for which access is requested.
4.3.1 Where authorization is given pursuant to 4.3 it shall only be given to carry out observations at reasonable times; such observations shall be carried out in such a way as not to interfere with
4.3.2 Requests pursuant to this Article will not be unreasonably withheld.
Union Access to Premises. Where an accredited Union official wishes access to the Company's premises, or any of its operations, he/she shall submit a request to do so in writing to the Company not later than twenty-four (24) hours in advance. The notification shall indicate the reason for which access is requested. Where permission is granted, it shall only be given to carry out Union business at reasonable times and in such a way as not to interfere with the normal operations of the Company.
10.2.1 Authorizations requested pursuant to this Article shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Union Access to Premises. 32.01 Representatives of the Union shall have access to the premises of the Employer for the purpose of communicating with employees. Reasonable advance notice to the Head of Human Resources or his designate will be given.
32.02 The Union representative shall not unduly interrupt, disrupt or stop any employee who is engaged in the performance of his duties. The Union representative shall not access any confidential information when visiting the premises of the Employer and shall not disclose any confidential information which is learned during such visit.
32.03 The interview of an employee by a representative of the Union shall be:
(a) carried on, in private, in a place designated by the Employer;
(b) held, wherever possible, during meal or break periods.
32.04 The Employer will on request furnish a suitable business letter or card of identification permitting access to the premises of the Employer.
Union Access to Premises. The Business Agent of the Union or his or her representative shall be admitted at all times into the areas covered by this Agreement to supervise conditions coming under the jurisdiction of the Union. At no time shall meetings be held with workers during working hours.
