Common use of Dennis W Clause in Contracts

Dennis W. Sorenson has been dulx xxxxxxxxx xx xxx as the representative of the Company hereunder and has full power and authority to execute, deliver, and perform this Agreement, to execute and deliver any Joint Written Direction, to amend, modify or waive any provision of this Agreement and to take all other actions as the Company's Representative under this Agreement, all without further consent or direction from, or notice to, the Company or any other party.
