Xxxxxxx, President. This regular teacher contract ("Contract") is by and between the governing body of the School City of Hobart ("Corporation") and XXXX X XXXXXX-XXXXXXXXX ("Administrator"). XXXX X XXXXXX-XXXXXXXXX is a teacher as defined in Ind. Code 20-18-2-22. In exchange for the Teacher's services described below, the Corporation and the Teacher agree that:

Notices to the Holder provided for in this Warrant shall be deemed given or made by the Company if sent by certified or registered mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, and addressed to the Holder at his last known address as it shall appear on the books of the Company.

Xxxxxxx, President. Either party may designate a different address by notice to the other party. Any such notice or other communication shall be deemed given when actually received.
Xxxxxxx, President. Such officers are hereby authorized to furnish the Escrow Agent with directions relating to any matter concerning this Escrow Agreement and the funds and/or property held pursuant thereto.
Xxxxxxx, President. The undersigned hereby executes this Agreement to evidence its agreement to act as Escrow Holder in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
