Denominations; Issuance of Certificated Securities. (a) Except as provided in paragraph (b) of this Section 2.4, the Notes shall be issuable only in book-entry form, without coupons, in denominations of $250,000 and any amount in excess thereof which is an integral multiple of $1,000.
