Common use of Dental Plans Clause in Contracts

Dental Plans. The dental plans offered and the benefits provided by those plans shall be determined by the Personnel Department in accordance with LAAC Section 4.303 upon the recommendation of the JLMBC and approval of the City Council. Management will expend for full-time employees in the classifications represented in this MOU the monthly sum necessary to cover the cost of the employee-only coverage under the City- sponsored Dental Plan Program.
