Dental Plans. The ACFD offers a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) dental plan option. Alternative plan options listed in subsection 11.C.2. (Duplicate Coverage) applies to employees who receive alternate coverage through the ACFD. Employees who are regularly scheduled to work at least fifty percent (50%) of the normal full-time pay period for their classification, shall be eligible to elect coverage from the available options.
