Dental Plans. The ACFD offers a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) dental plan option. Alternative plan options listed in subsection 12.C.3. (Duplicate Coverage) apply to employees who receive alternative coverage through the ACFD. Employees who are regularly scheduled to work at least fifty percent (50%) of the normal full-time biweekly pay period for their classification shall be entitled to elect coverage from the available options.
