Dental Utilization Reporting. Contractor shall submit to Covered California dental utilization data to include the measure numerator, denominator and rate for the required measure set. Covered California reserves the right to use the Contractor-reported measures scores to construct Contractor summary quality ratings that Covered California may use for such purposes as Covered California’s plan oversight management.
