Dentist Recruiting. MHS shall assist Group in recruiting and screening prospective dentists and licensed support personnel as employees or contractors for Group. Group shall be solely responsible for hiring, supervision, training, evaluation and termination of dentists. Group shall be responsible for hiring and termination of licensed support personnel and for all supervision, training and evaluation of such personnel with respect to all activities performed under the scope of their licensure.
