Dentures and Bridges. a. Permanent Complete, Partial, Fixed or Removable Dentures. This service also includes all adjustments made during a 6-month period following the installation. (1) Limited to one (1) every five (5) years. (2) Existing removable or fixed dentures are eligible for replacement if installed at least five (5) years prior to the replacement.
