DEO RESPONSIBILITIES. A. Monitor the ongoing activities of Subrecipient to ensure all activities are being performed in accordance with the Agreement to the extent required by law or deemed necessary be DEO in its discretion B. Assign a Grant Manager as a point of contact for Subrecipient C. Review Subrecipient’s invoices described herein and process them on a timely basis ▇. ▇▇▇ shall monitor progress, review reports, conduct site visits, as DEO determines necessary at DEO’s sole and absolute discretion, and process payments to Subrecipient
