Department of Homeland Security Verification Requirement. I agree to timely file all documents required by the Department of Homeland Security to verify my identity and lawful employment in the United States. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, if I fail to meet any such requirements promptly after receiving a written request from the Company to do so, I agree that my employment shall terminate immediately and that I shall not be entitled to any compensation from the Company of any type.
