Common use of DEPARTMENT OF LABOR WAGE DETERMINATIONS Clause in Contracts

DEPARTMENT OF LABOR WAGE DETERMINATIONS. H.2.1 The Provider shall be bound by the Wage Determination No. 2005-2103, Revision 15, dated 12/22/2014 , issued by the U.S. Department of Labor in accordance with the Service Contract Act, 41 U.S.C. §351 et seq., and incorporated herein as Section L.2. The Provider shall be bound by the wage rates for the term of the contract subject to revision as stated herein and in accordance with Section 24 of the SCP. If an option is exercised, the Provider shall be bound by the applicable wage rates at the time of the option. If the option is exercised and the CO obtains a revised wage determination, the revised wage determination is applicable for the option periods and the Provider may be entitled to an equitable adjustment.

DEPARTMENT OF LABOR WAGE DETERMINATIONS. H.2.1 The Provider Contractor shall be bound by the Wage Determination No. 20052015-21034281, Revision 15, 13 dated 12/22/2014 4/25/2019, issued by the U.S. Department of Labor in accordance with the Service Contract Act, 41 U.S.C. §351 § 351, et seq., and incorporated herein as Section L.2. The Provider Contractor shall be bound by the wage rates for the term of the contract Contract subject to revision as stated herein and in accordance with Section 24 of the SCPherein. If an option is exercised, the Provider Contractor shall be bound by the applicable wage rates at the time of the exercise of the option. If the option is exercised and the CO obtains a revised wage determination, the revised wage determination is applicable for the option periods and the Provider Contractor may be entitled to an equitable adjustment.

The Provider Contractor shall be bound by the wage rates for the term of the contract subject to revision as stated herein and in accordance with Section 24 of the SCP. If an option is exercised, the Provider Contractor shall be bound by the applicable wage rates at the time of the exercise of the option. If the option is exercised and the CO obtains a revised wage determination, the revised wage determination is applicable for the option periods and the Provider Contractor may be entitled to an equitable adjustment.

If an option is exercised, the Provider Contractor shall be bound by the applicable wage rates at the time of the exercise of the option. If the option is exercised and the CO obtains a revised wage determination, the revised wage determination is applicable for the option periods and the Provider Contractor may be entitled to an equitable adjustment.

If an option is exercised, the Provider Contractor shall be bound by the applicable wage rates at the time of the exercise of the option. If the option is exercised and the CO obtains a revised wage determination, the revised wage determination is applicable for the option periods and the Provider Contractor may be entitled to an equitable adjustment.

The Provider Contractor shall be bound by the wage rates for the term of the contract subject to revision as stated herein and in accordance with Section 24 of the SCP. If an option is exercised, the Provider Contractor shall be bound by the applicable wage rates at the time of the option. If the option is exercised and the CO obtains a revised wage determination, the revised wage determination is applicable for the option periods and the Provider Contractor may be entitled to an equitable adjustment.

If an option is exercised, the Provider Contractor shall be bound by the applicable wage rates at the time of the exercise of the option. If the option is exercised and the CO obtains a revised wage determination, the revised wage determination is applicable for the option periods and the Provider Contractor may be entitled to an equitable adjustment.
