Equipment coordination. Determine equipment needs of volunteer school groups and acquire the needed equipment and bring it to the volunteer school groups as needed. (5 hours/year @ Specialist I rate) Coordinate volunteer school groups and assist in data collection during one spring and one fall sampling event per year. Assure that volunteer school groups are following program standards. Assist in identification of macroinvertebrates where needed. (10 hours/year @ Specialist I rate) Manage collected data and add to previously collected data. (5 hours/year @ Specialist I rate) Assist the BCWD in future identification of interested volunteer groups to perform and implement the BCWD volunteer stream-monitoring program.
Equipment coordination. The Contractor shall ascertain that the make and model of all shop or factory fabricated equipment furnished not only meets all requirements of the contract document, but it shall be of the proper physical size and dimension to fit the space or area, ductwork, conduit, panel boxes, disconnect switches and related accessory equipment. Where the physical size of any equipment is dependent upon other equipment, coordination shall be done by the Contractor to assure that they are compatible and will fit within the limitations of the space where they are to be located, including coordinating of utility connections and coordination of space for servicing the equipment, changing filters, cleaning tubes and similar operations.

  • Utility Coordination Identify all potential utility conflicts and provide preliminary office check plans showing the problem locations, posted to the City’s FTP site. Plans will clearly identify specific utility company facilities by color and by name (i.e. not just “gas” or “fiber optic”). ENGINEER shall include a conflict list for each utility, also posted to the FTP site. ENGINEER shall meet with utility company representatives to review plans and utility verification forms (Attachment No. 3 to Exhibit “A”) at each milestone date and as directed by the CITY and as determined necessary by the ENGINEER. This in- formation will be compiled into a summary report (Attachment No. 4 to Exhibit “A” also available on the City’s FTP site) maintained and updated by ENGINEER as necessary to present a cohesive and reflective status of utilities, and provided to the City as necessary. ENGINEER shall maintain involvement with utility companies until all conflicts have been resolved (not just identified). When appropriate, the City Engineer will approve the identification on plans of conflicts to be resolved during construction. ENGINEER shall meet with involved utility company/ies and project contractor to resolve any conflicts with utilities that occur during construction.
