DEPARTMENT OF LABOR WAGE DETERMINATIONS. The Provider is bound by the U.S. Department of Labor Wage Determination No. 2005- 2103, Revision 4, dated July 5, 2007 issued by the U.S. Department of Labor in accordance with the Service Agreement Act of 1965, as amended (41 U.S.C. 351-58), and incorporated into this Agreement as Attachment 4. The applicable U.S. Department of Labor Wage Determinations for the regions in which the Agreement services are provided shall bind Providers located in regions not bound by the above stated Wage Determination.
