Common use of DEPARTMENT’S TERMINATION Clause in Contracts

DEPARTMENT’S TERMINATION. 34.01 If Lessee shall fail or refuse to pay any rental or royalty due under the terms of this lease within thirty (30) calendar days after Xxxxxx’s receipt of demand in writing by Department, or if Lessee shall violate, or fail to perform any of the covenants or provisions of this lease, Department shall have the right to terminate the lease.
