Termination of Check-Off. An employee shall cease to be subject to check-off deductions beginning with the month immediately following the month in which he is no longer a member of the bargaining unit.

The Engineer shall be relieved from making such "check-off' deduction upon (a) termination of employment, or (b) transfer to a job other than one covered by the bargaining unit, or (c) revocation of the check-off authorization in accordance with its terms or with applicable law.
