Dependent Child. A child of a professor, his/her spouse or both, including a child for whom adoption procedures have been undertaken, who is unmarried and living or domiciled in Canada, who depends on the professor for his/her support and who is under eighteen (18) years of age; or is twenty-five (25) years of age or younger and a duly registered full-time student attending a recognized educational institution; or whatever his/her age, became totally disabled prior to his/her eighteenth (18th) birthday, or twenty-fifth (25th) birthday in the case of a child who was attending a recognized educational institution and has remained continuously disabled since that time.

a) is under eighteen (18) years of age; or ;

c) whatever his/her age, became totally disabled prior to his/her eighteenth (18th) birthday, or twenty-fifth (25th) birthday in the case of a child who was attending a recognized educational institution education institution, and has remained continuously disabled since that time.
