Dependent Coverage. For dependent dental coverage, the Employer contributes an amount equal to the lesser of fifty (50) percent of the dependent premium of the State Dental Plan, or the actual dependent premium of the dental plan chosen by the employee.

Dependent Coverage. For dependent health coverage for the 2018 and 2019 plan years, the Employer contributes an amount equal to eighty-five (85) percent of the dependent premium of Advantage.
Dependent Coverage. EMPLOYEES selecting dependent coverage pursuant to the SPD shall be responsible for the payment of premiums as set on an annual basis. Premiums are effective January 1 and may be adjusted each year during the term of this agreement pursuant to an actuarial recommendation.

Dependent Coverage. Legal spouses, state-registered domestic partners, children up to age 26 (biological and adopted children, children of the employee’s spouse or state-registered domestic partner, children for which a court order of divorce decree created a legal obligation to provide support or health care coverage) and children of any age with a developmental or physical handicap who are not capable of self-support are dependents covered within the SEBB programs. Should an employee have dependent(s) who were covered by insurance as of December 31, 2019, but who no longer qualify for coverage under SEBB, the employee will have the opportunity to enroll the dependent(s) at the employee’s cost for a period up to 36 months. Such payments will be made through payroll deduction by the District and paid to the HCA for this purpose.
