Deposit Account (a) On or prior to the Closing Date, the Issuer shall cause the Servicer to establish and maintain, in the name of the Indenture Trustee, for the benefit of the Noteholders and the Certificateholders, the Deposit Account as provided in Section 5.01 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.

Linked Accounts All accounts with the Bank that you enroll in a service will be linked by the tax identification numbers of the persons authorized to access the account. The linked accounts will appear together without regard to the ownership of the accounts. For example, if an authorized user of a linked account accesses the Service, that authorized user will be able to view and access at a single time the following accounts: • the accounts of the business for which that person is an authorized user; • the accounts of any other business for which that person is an authorized user; and • any consumer accounts for which the person is a co-owner or authorized signer.
END USER AGREEMENTS (“EUA H-GAC acknowledges that the END USER may choose to enter into an End User Agreement (“EUA) with the Contractor through this Agreement, and that the term of the EUA may exceed the term of the current H-GAC Agreement. H-GAC’s acknowledgement is not an endorsement or approval of the End User Agreement’s terms and conditions. Contractor agrees not to offer, agree to or accept from the END USER, any terms or conditions that conflict with those in Contractor’s Agreement with H-GAC. Contractor affirms that termination of its Agreement with H-GAC for any reason shall not result in the termination of any underlying EUA, which shall in each instance, continue pursuant to the EUA’s stated terms and duration. Pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, termination of this Agreement will disallow the Contractor from entering into any new EUA with END USERS. Deposit Accounts Neither Borrower nor any Subsidiary shall maintain any Deposit Accounts, or accounts holding Investment Property, except with respect to which Lender has an Account Control Agreement.
User Agreement The User Agreement forms part of this Agreement. As much as possible, this Agreement and the User Agreement should be interpreted as a consistent whole. Where a conflict of interpretation arises, this Agreement overrides the User Agreement to the extent of the conflict, except in relation to your use of the Product or Online Card Payment Service as part of our new checkout solution as set out in the User Agreement.
