Inconsistency of Name and Account Number Company acknowledges and agrees that, if an Entry describes the Receiver inconsistently by name and account number, payment of the Entry transmitted by Bank to the Receiving Depository Financial Institution might be made by the Receiving Depository Financial Institution (or by Bank in the case of an On-Us Entry) on the basis of the account number even if it identifies a person different from the named Receiver, and the Company’s obligation to pay the amount of the Entry to Bank is not excused in such circumstances.

Account Verification Whether or not a Default or Event of Default exists, Agent shall have the right at any time, in the name of Agent, any designee of Agent or any Borrower, to verify the validity, amount or any other matter relating to any Accounts of Borrowers by mail, telephone or otherwise. Borrowers shall cooperate fully with Agent in an effort to facilitate and promptly conclude any such verification process.
Account Description This account is a term share account with a maturity of two (2) years or four (4) years in which the member generally does not have the right to make withdrawals for six (6) days after the account is opened unless an early withdrawal penalty is imposed. If the rate increases during the term of the CD, you can request the credit union to “bump up” the rate one time during a two (2) year CD or twice during a four (4) year CD.
Checking The Contractor shall check all drawings and owner supplied specifications furnished him immediately, for individual Job Orders, upon their receipt and shall promptly notify the County of any discrepancies. Figures marked on drawings shall in general be followed in preference to scale measurements. Large-scale drawings shall in general govern small-scale drawings. When measurements are affected by conditions already established, the Contractor shall take measurements notwithstanding the giving of scale or figure dimensions in the drawings. Anything mentioned in the specifications and not shown on the drawings, or shown on the drawings and not mentioned in the specifications, shall be of like effect as if shown or mentioned in both.
Verification of Deposits 7.1. Within twenty-‐four (24) hours after receiving each Deposit or corrected Deposit, Escrow Agent must verify the format and completeness of each Deposit and deliver to ICANN a notification generated for each Deposit. Reports will be delivered electronically using the API described in draft-‐xxxxxx-‐icann-‐registry-‐interfaces, see Part A, Section 9, reference 5 of this Specification.
Conditions for International Processing SAP shall be entitled to process Personal Data, including by using Subprocessors, in accordance with this DPA outside the country in which the Customer is located as permitted under Data Protection Law.
Description of the Transfer The details of the transfer and of the personal data are specified in Annex B. The parties agree that Annex B may contain confidential business information which they will not disclose to third parties, except as required by law or in response to a competent regulatory or government agency, or as required under clause I(e). The parties may execute additional annexes to cover additional transfers, which will be submitted to the authority where required.
