Deposit Account with Agent or any Lender. Each Borrower authorizes Agent and each Lender, in Agent’s or such Lender’s sole discretion, upon notice to the Borrowers to charge its general deposit account(s), if any, maintained with the Agent or such Lender for the amount of any principal, interest, or other amounts or costs due under this Agreement when the same become due and payable under the terms of this Agreement or the Notes.
Deposit Account with Agent or any Lender. Borrower authorizes Agent and each Lender, in Agent’s or such Lender’s sole discretion, upon notice to the Borrower to charge its general deposit account(s), if any, maintained with the Agent or such Lender for the amount of any principal, interest, or other amounts or costs due under this Agreement when the same become due and payable under the terms of this Agreement or the Notes. Upon request of Borrower, Agent shall promptly provide to Borrower a statement prepaid in good faith and in reasonable detail, setting forth the amount of such charges, the methodology of the calculation thereof and the calculation thereof.
Deposit Account with Agent or any Lender. Borrower authorizes Agent and each Lender, in Agent’s or such Lender’s sole discretion, upon at least five (5) Business Days prior notice to the Borrower (which notice shall not be required following the occurrence and during the continuance of any Event of Default) to charge its general deposit account(s), if any, maintained with the Agent or such Lender for the amount of any principal, interest, or other amounts or costs due under this Agreement when the same become due and payable under the terms of this Agreement or the Notes.
