Deposit Accounts; Credit Card Processors. Parent Borrower shall not, and shall not permit any Restricted Subsidiary, to open new bank accounts that are collection accounts unless the applicable Loan Parties shall have delivered to the Agent appropriate Blocked Account Agreements consistent with the provisions of Section 7.01(i) and otherwise reasonably satisfactory to the Agent. No Restricted Subsidiary shall maintain any bank accounts or any agreements with Credit Card Issuers or Credit Card Processors other than the ones contemplated in this Agreement.
