Deposit Accounts Statements and Information. The Deposit Account Bank agrees, and is hereby authorized and instructed by the Assignor, to furnish to the Collateral Agent, at its address indicated below, copies of all account statements relating to the Deposit Accounts that the Deposit Account Bank sends to the Assignor and to disclose to the Collateral Agent all information reasonably requested by the Collateral Agent regarding the Deposit Account.
