Common use of Deposit Discrepancies Clause in Contracts

Deposit Discrepancies. When you make a deposit to your account, we will credit your account for the amount of the deposited items. We reserve the right to review the deposit and confirm the amount of funds you deposited but are not required to do so. If after any review we determine that the amount credited to your account is incorrect, we may adjust your account for the amount of the discrepancy but reserve the right not to do so if the discrepancy would not be a disadvantage to you. No Deposits in Cash, Paper Checks or Foreign Currency (G). Bank is not liable for any deposits, including cash, lost in the mail, lost in transit, or not received by Bank. Bank does not accept deposits made in cash. If you mail a cash deposit, the cash will be sent back to the address Bank has for you on file.
