Deposit; Down Payment and Closing Cost and. Prorations. Within seven (7) days of the execution of this Agreement by all the Parties, Buyer shall deposit into escrow, by wire transfer or by a certified or cashier’s check made payable to the Escrow Agent, the entire Down Payment as Buyer’s xxxxxxx money Deposit. At least one (1) day prior to Closing, Buyer shall deliver additional funds to Escrow Agent to pay Buyer’s Down Payment and Buyer’s share of closing costs and prorations.

  • FINAL PAYMENT AND CLOSE-OUT A. If a DBE/MBE/WBE Program Plan is agreed to and the Contractor has identified Subcontractors, the Contractor is required to submit a Contract Close-Out MBE/WBE Compliance Report to the Purchasing Manager no later than the 15th calendar day after completion of all work under the contract. Final payment, retainage, or both may be withheld if the Contractor is not in compliance with the requirements as accepted by the City.

  • Closing Costs The costs attributed to the Closing of the Property shall be the responsibility of ☐ Buyer ☐ Seller ☐ Both Parties. The fees and costs related to the Closing shall include but not be limited to a title search (including the abstract and any owner’s title policy), preparation of the deed, transfer taxes, recording fees, and any other costs by the title company that is in standard procedure with conducting the sale of a property.

  • Single Collective Agreement a) Central terms and local terms shall together constitute a single collective agreement.

  • CONCESSION PAYMENT AND INCREASE A. For the Initial Term of the Agreement, Concessionaire shall pay Department a minimum Concession Payment of Eight Hundred ($800.00) Dollars in accordance with the Concession Payment Schedule set forth in Exhibit B as consideration for the Concession, license and privilege granted. For subsequent Renewal Terms, if any, Concessionaire shall pay Department in accordance with the Concession Payment Schedule set forth in Exhibit B.

  • Further pre-financing payments Where pre-financing is divided into several instalments, the co-ordinator may request a further pre-financing payment once the percentage of the previous payment specified in the provisions of Article I.5 on further pre-financing has been used up. The request shall be accompanied by the following documents: • a detailed statement of the eligible costs actually incurred, including a consolidated statement and a breakdown between each beneficiary; • where required by the above-mentioned provisions of Article I.5, a financial guarantee in accordance with paragraph 1; • where required by the above-mentioned provisions of Article I.5, a certificate on the action's financial statements and underlying accounts, produced by an approved auditor or in case of public bodies, by a competent and independent public officer, for each beneficiary as specified under Article I.5; • any other documents in support of his request that may be required in support of the request for further pre-financing payments. The documents accompanying the request for payment shall be drawn up in accordance with the relevant provisions in Article I.6 and the annexes.

  • Down Payment The Mortgagor has contributed at least 5% of the purchase price for the Mortgaged Property with his/her own funds.

  • CLOSING COSTS AND ADJUSTMENTS All adjustments are made as of settlement date.

  • Closing Costs and Prorations Taxes and assessments for the current year, if any, shall be prorated between the prior owner of the Personal Property and Buyer as of the date of closing. Seller shall pay one-half (½) of Closing Agent’s closing and escrow fees. Buyer shall pay one-half (½) of Closing Agent’s closing and escrow fees. In addition, Buyer shall pay all other closing costs, including but not limited to: (1) recording fees for the cost of recording the State Deed; (2) the cost for any title insurance purchased at Buyer’s option; (3) lender fees, if any, together with all associated recording fees, if any; and (4) any other cost, fee, or expense which may be reasonably required in order for the transaction to close.

  • Final Payment All items or Automated Clearing House (ACH) transfers credited to your account are provisional until we receive final payment. If final payment is not received, we may charge your account for the amount of such items or ACH transfers and impose a return item charge on your account. Any collection fees we incur may be charged to your account. We reserve the right to refuse or return any item or funds transfer.

  • FINAL COMPLETION AND FINAL PAYMENT 9.9.1 Upon receipt of written notice that the Work is ready for final inspection and acceptance and upon receipt of a final Application for Payment, the Architect will promptly make such inspection and, when he or she finds the Work acceptable under the Contract Documents and the Contract fully performed, he or she will promptly issue a final Certificate for Payment stating that to the best of his / her knowledge, information and belief, and on the basis of his or her observations and inspections, the Work has been completed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract Documents and that the entire balance found to be due the Contractor, and noted in said final Certificate, is due and payable. The Architect's final Certificate for Payment will constitute a further representation that the Contractor has fulfilled the conditions entitling him or her to final payment as set forth in Subparagraph 9.9.2 of these General Conditions.
