Common use of Deposit Histories Clause in Contracts

Deposit Histories. In the case of any dispute with or inquiry by an account holder whose deposit account is subject to this Agreement, which dispute or inquiry relates to the servicing of such deposit account by Seller prior to the date for which a deposit account history has been provided to Purchaser, Seller will provide Purchaser with the appropriate information regarding the deposit account and copies of pertinent documents or instruments with respect to such dispute or inquiry so as to permit Purchaser to respond to the account holder within ten (10) business days and in a manner consistent with standard banking practices and customs.

In the case of any dispute with or inquiry by an account holder accountholder whose deposit account Deposit is subject to this Agreement, which dispute or inquiry relates to the servicing of such deposit account Deposit by Seller prior to the date for which a deposit account Deposit history has been provided to Purchaser, Seller will provide Purchaser with the appropriate information regarding the deposit account Deposit and copies of pertinent documents or instruments with respect to such dispute or inquiry so as to permit Purchaser to respond to the account holder accountholder within ten (10) business days a period of time and in a manner consistent which would comply with standard banking practices and customs.

In the case of any dispute with or inquiry by an account holder whose deposit account Assumed Deposit is subject to this Agreement, which dispute or inquiry relates to the servicing of such deposit account Assumed Deposit by Seller prior to the date for which a deposit account Assumed Deposit history has been provided to Purchaser, Seller will provide Purchaser with the appropriate information regarding the deposit account Assumed Deposit and copies of pertinent documents or instruments with respect to such dispute or inquiry so as to permit Purchaser to respond to the account holder within ten (10) business days Business Days and in a manner consistent which would comply with standard banking practices and customs.

In the case of any dispute with or inquiry by an account holder whose deposit account is subject to this Agreement, any Depositor which dispute or inquiry relates to the servicing of such deposit Depositor's Deposit account by Seller prior to the date for which a deposit account Deposit history has been provided to Purchaser, Seller will provide to Purchaser, where available and to the extent reasonably requested by Purchaser with the appropriate and not already provided to Purchaser, information regarding the deposit Deposit account and copies of pertinent documents or instruments with respect to such dispute or inquiry so as to permit Purchaser facilitate Purchaser's response to respond to the account holder within ten (10) business days and in a manner consistent with standard banking practices and customssuch Depositor.
