Deposit Information. If this Puppy is being reserved or held by the Seller for the Buyer, a minimum deposit of 50% of Puppy’s price must be given on the signing of this contract. Puppies are NOT reserved until the deposit is received. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within 3 days of the date when Puppy is picked up and MUST be paid in full before transferring the Puppy to the Buyer. The deposit will NOT be refunded, unless something happens to the Puppy, that is out of Buyer's control, before the sale is final. If you reserve a Puppy from a litter that has not yet been born and no puppies result from the breeding or there is not enough puppies in the litter for everyone, you may use it towards our next available litter. The Seller guarantees that the Puppy described above will be free of adenovirus, bordetella, distemper, parainfluenza, and parvovirus for the period of five (5) calendar days after receipt of the live Puppy by the Buyer. The Seller will provide a vaccination record and vet examination records of the purchased Puppy. If the Puppy is due for vaccinations, and the Buyer fails to provide vaccinations on that day, this guarantee is null and void if the Puppy contracts diseases that would otherwise be prevented by those vaccinations. Puppy will need to be spayed/neutered at months of age. The Puppy can never be bred under any circumstances, doing so will void any health guarantees, provided by Seller and will result in legal action against the Buyer. The Puppy will be vet checked, have tails docked and dew claws removed. The Buyer agrees to perform annual vet exams, including heartworm checks and preventatives, and to do all vaccinations yearly; Buyer agrees that Puppy will receive regular booster vaccinations, and will receive all necessary veterinary care to maintain its good health. Failure to comply with and provide documentation of these requirements voids ALL guarantees. No replacement for temperament as this is environmental and is Buyer's responsibility. As breeders we expect that this Puppy will be properly socialized and have obedience training. As responsible breeders we do everything possible to breed quality dogs of sound mind and body. Some responsibility is the Buyer’s as to proper feeding, exercise, training, and socializing, of which all have a bearing on the end results of a sound adult dog.
