Upon the Activation Date, NCR Voyix may collect and Customer will pay a deposit (the “Deposit”) equal to tohenPerografm uFele. lNCRmVoonyixtmhay appfoly all or a portion of the Deposit against any outstanding payment obligations or liabilities (including but not limited to the cost of restocking fees, and unreturned or damaged equipment). Following termination of this Agreement and confirmation that all Equipment has been returned and any outstanding payment obligations have been fulfilled, NCR Voyix will return any remaining portion of the Deposit.
