Depositions of Independent Adjusters Released from Citizens. In the event that a matter requires the testimony of an Independent Adjuster that has been released from Citizens, it is the responsibility of the Citizens’ Litigation Specialist assigned to the matter to obtain the last known address/location of the Independent Adjuster and work with the Firm to locate, contact and make arrangements for the appearance of the individual.
