Depositor as Certificateholder. Subject to the proviso set forth in the definition of "Outstanding" in Section 1.1, the Depositor in its individual or any other capacity may become the owner or pledgee of Certificates and may otherwise deal with the Trustee or its Affiliates as if it were not the Depositor.
