Depositor, Master Servicer, Special Servicer and Trustee to Cooperate with REMIC Administrator. (a) The Depositor shall provide or cause to be provided to the REMIC Administrator, within ten days after the Closing Date, all information or data that the REMIC Administrator reasonably determines to be relevant for tax purposes as to the valuations and issue prices of the Certificates, including, without limitation, the price, yield, prepayment assumption and projected cash flow of the Certificates.
