Matters Relating to Certain Mortgage Loans. (a) [Insert any unique servicing issues with respect to a particular Mortgage Loan].
Matters Relating to Certain Mortgage Loans. (a) Insofar as the Master Servicer has discretion under the related Mortgage Loan documents and subject to the Servicing Standard, then:
(i) Prior to the Master Servicer consenting on behalf of the Trust to any assumption of the Fashion Show Mall Mortgage Loan, the Master Servicer shall have received prior written confirmation from each Rating Agency that such assumption, would not result in the withdrawal, downgrade or qualification (if applicable) of the rating of any Class of Certificates;
(ii) Prior to the Master Servicer consenting on behalf of the Trust to any replacement of the property manager in the Lenox Mortgage Loan, the Master Servicer shall have received prior written confirmation for each Rating Agency that such replacement of property manager would not result in the withdrawal, downgrade or qualification (if applicable) of the rating of any Class of Certificates;
(iii) Prior to the Master Servicer consenting on behalf of the Trust to any "Prohibited Transfer"(as such term is defined in and relates to the Lenox Mortgage Loan), the Master Servicer shall have received prior written confirmation for each Rating Agency that such "Prohibited Transfer" would not result in the withdrawal, downgrade or qualification (if applicable) of the rating of any Class of Certificates;
(iv) Prior to the Master Servicer consenting on behalf of the Trust to any assumption of the Lenox Mortgage Loan, the Master Servicer shall have received prior written confirmation for each Rating Agency, to the extent lender has the right to such confirmation, that such assumption would not result in the withdrawal, downgrade or qualification (if applicable) of the rating of any Class of Certificates;
(v) With respect to the Western Asset Plaza, if the lender has the right to replace the entity that holds the reserve accounts, and such entity is downgraded after the date hereof and such account is not an Eligible Account, then the Master Servicer shall replace such entity with a new entity such that each reserve account is an Eligible Account;
(vi) Prior to the Master Servicer consenting on behalf of the Trust to any replacement of the property manager in the United Plaza Mortgage Loan, the Master Servicer shall have received prior written confirmation for each Rating Agency that such replacement of property manager would not result in the withdrawal, downgrade or qualification (if applicable) of the rating of any Class of Certificates;
(vii) Prior to the Master Servicer consen...

With respect to the Mortgage Loan identified as Loan No. 16340 in the Mortgage Loan Schedule and referred to as "Columbia Bank Building (WA)", the Master Servicer shall not permit the termination of the "Parking Easement" unless a Rating Agency Confirmation is obtained. The Master Servicer shall provide prompt notice to the Mortgage Loan Seller upon the request for the termination of the "Parking Easement". The cost of such Rating Agency Confirmation, if not paid for by the related Borrower, shall be paid by the Mortgage Loan Seller.

Matters Relating to Certain Mortgage Loans. (a) With respect to the Mortgage Loan identified as Loan No. 12 in the Mortgage Loan Schedule and referred to as the "Lakeview Square Mall" loan, the Master Servicer shall not permit the release or substitution of an improved parcel unless a REMIC opinion is obtained, which opinion shall be at the expense of the related borrower.
(b) With respect to the Mortgage Loan known as NL Ventures, identified as Loan No. 42 in the Mortgage Loan Schedule, neither the Master Servicer nor the Special Servicer, as applicable, shall exercise any discretionary right it has with respect to establishing a release price, as provided in Section 3.07(i) of the related Note.

Matters Relating to Certain Mortgage Loans. (a) With respect to the Mortgage Loan identified on the Mortgage Loan Schedule as Northern Tool, at any time that the related Mortgagor requests approval of a new lease or modification, renewal or extension of an existing lease (except for any extension of the "Northern Tool Lease," as such term is defined in the related loan agreement, where approval of the Servicer or Special Servicer, as applicable, is not required), the Servicer or the Special Servicer, as applicable, pursuant to Section 3.20(a) or 3.20(b), is required to respond to such request within 20 Business Days of receipt of all information reasonably necessary to make a decision with respect to such request, including a copy of the proposed lease. In the event the Servicer or the Special Servicer, as applicable, pursuant to Section 3.20(a) or 3.20(b), fails to respond to such request for approval within the specified period of time, under the terms of the related loan documents such approval is deemed given.
(b) With respect to the Mortgage Loans identified on the Mortgage Loan Schedule as Galloway Apartments, New Trier Portfolio--Bakersfield, New Trier Portxxxxx--Xurnee and New Trier Portfolio--Indianapolis, at any time that the related Mortgagor requests approval of a proposed lease (or modification, renewal or extension of an existing lease) and the Servicer or Special Servicer, as applicable, must respond to such request within 20 Business Days of receipt of all information reasonably necessary to make a decision with respect to such request, including a copy of such proposed lease and a written certification from a responsible officer of the Mortgagor which confirms that (i) such copy of the proposed lease is true, complete and correct and (ii) the related Mortgagor has satisfied all conditions pursuant to the loan agreement for such lease approval. In the event the Servicer or the Special Servicer, as applicable, pursuant to Section 3.20(a) or 3.20(b), fails to respond to such request for approval or request additional information within the specified period of time, under the terms of the related loan documents such approval is deemed given.
(c) With respect to the Mortgage Loan identified on the Mortgage Loan Schedule as Tecnofarma, at any time that the related Mortgagor requests approval of a proposed lease or extension or renewal of an existing lease or the Mortgagor is requesting approval of alterations to the related Mortgaged Property or other actions under the Tolmar Lease or the...
