Depositor agrees: Any Materials provided to Michigan by Depositor were collected pursuant to and in accordance with any applicable Institutional Review Board (“IRB”) approval and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and policies. To provide Materials, as applicable, to Michigan in accordance with frequency, data, and upload specifications as articulated by Michigan. That Depositor has determined, and will ensure prior to the transfer to Michigan, that none of the Materials include FERPA Data. OR
