Common use of Depositor Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

Depositor Responsibilities. Depositor authorizes Bank to convert Items to IRDs or transmit as an image and further authorizes Bank or any other bank to which an item is sent for process. Depositor agrees to, at its sole expense: (a) provide connectivity between the Capture Device and the Technology; (b) maintain the Capture Device in accordance with the instructions provided by Bank, its subcontractors and/or any other Capture Device provider;
