Depository and Other Accounts. Schedule 3.38 sets forth a true, correct and complete list of all banks and other financial institutions and depositories at which any Company Party maintains (or has caused to be maintained) deposit accounts, securities accounts, spread accounts, yield supplement reserve accounts, operating accounts, trust accounts, trust receivable accounts or other accounts of any kind or nature into which funds of any Company Party is deposited from time to time. Such Schedule 3.38 correctly identifies the name and address of each depository, the name in which each account is held, the purpose of the account, the account number, the contact person at such depository and his or her telephone number.
